International Orders

You have 60 days from receiving your order to make an international return. I'm afraid at this time we don't offer free return postage for international orders.

Taxes

If you live outside the EU then you will usually incur customs charges, this is out of our control, and is a cost to you the customer.

Free UK Returns

If for any reason you're not happy with anything you've bought from us, don’t worry. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) you bought on Passenger-clothing.com free of charge. We currently do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order on Passenger-clothing.com

A Few Easy Steps:
• Package up any products that you wish to return, ideally reusing the paperbag they arrived in, and ensure that all items are in their original packaging with the swingtags attached.

• Simply set up your return by clicking the following link http://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/2304 and filling in the required info.

• Print and attach the prepaid shipping label to the parcel and post it. Please make sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the packaging

• You'll receive the refund and an automatic email notification once we've processed you return.

International Orders

You have 60 days from receiving your order to make an international return. I'm afraid at this time we don't offer free return postage for international orders.

If applicable, any free items will need to be returned as well if returning order/item(s) from order, or the cost of free items kept will be deducted from the refund.

Items returned without original packaging or tags, if applicable, will not be refunded and credit issued.

Please note: You are responsible for return postage, we advise you send all items using a Recorded/Insured post, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition including in its original packaging and all tags attached we can refund your order. Please be aware that we will not refund the original shipping charges in any instance other than an item being proved to be faulty or if the order is cancelled.

Right to Cancel: If you change your mind about your purchase, before you have received it, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. Orders that have already been dispatched will need to be returned to us through the usual method and the order will arrive in its entirety, without having been opened, to our warehouse within 14 days of cancellation. In this instance a full refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the order back.
